Hello Lovely Ladies,

Today I have a very picture heavy post, as I will be showing you swatches of three newly released piCture pOlish collaboration shades as well as two piCture pOlish glitters.

piCture pOlish Eerie is a collaboration shade with Emily from Very Emily.  This is a soft hued lavender, with bijou holo bits.  There is an element of dustiness to this shade as well.

(smooth two coater)

Inspiration: By a polaroid I took of dewdrop covered plants during a foggy sunrise. A beautiful and mysterious atmosphere that captured my imagination.

There is a charm to this shade that warmed my heart- a really comforting shade.

piCture pOlish Storm is their own creation.  It isn’t all that often that you come across an all white glitter, and piCture pOlish is an expert at making easy-to-work-with suspension bases = WIN!

(one coat)

The white matte glitter is fully opaque and thus perfect for layering even over dark/black bases; that being said, this glitter is a bit ‘heavier’ than you wafer thin translucent bits.    * * *

piCture pOlish Blue Dog is a collaboration shade with Kelly from Vampy Varnish.

This is probably one of the most intriguing (color wise) piCture pOlish shades I own.  This is a dusty greyed-out-blue base with blue, purple and silver glass flecks.  Two coats and you get a smooth moody but stunning polish.  Quite fitting for the inspiration as well:

Inspiration: Kelly is sending out an SOS to “Save our sharks!”

I can’t get enough of this shade.  Truly an original piece of work.

piCture pOlish Amethyst is a collaboration shade with Dream Wanders… this shade was actually originally released in 2012, and is now being reintroduced.

The inspiration for this shade is “purple denim”… but I think there is so much MORE this this polish.  The base is a very dusty/hazy almost 3D feeling purple.  There is some intense cobalt blue shimmer within PLUS glass fleck bits…

This is one of those shades you have to see in person to really ‘understand’.  AND, this will be one of those shades that photographs differently for everyone… it chameleons so much.

Finally we have piCture pOlish’s creation, Color Storm!!!!!

This is a matte, fully opaque glitter mixture of blue, pink, purple, yellow and turquoise bits of medium to small sizes creating a perfect crushed-candy like feel (that was quite the mouthful-of-a-description, eh?)

Again, because these are fully opaque matte bits, you can layer this polish over any dark base and still have all of the colors show.  The polish would be PERFECT for ANY jelly sandwich… bonus is the before-mentioned smooth piCture pOlish suspension base formula.

And of course… mattified:

piCture pOlish is an Australian brand and can be purchased online HERE (pssst, they ship internationally).  OR check out their International Network page for possible online resellers in YOUR country (for a direct link click HERE… did I mention that Harlow & Co carries loads of piCture pOlish shades… and if I’m not mistaken, these will launch on her online shop today!).
